Managing Levels

This feature is available for martial arts accounts, allowing owners to track the progress of students as they test for belts. To create and manage levels, click on the ‘Manage Levels’ button at the top right of the Members page, which will take you to the Levels page:

Click ‘New’ and the New Level screen will appear. Enter the name, level order and other information requested:

Once you finish and click ‘Create Level’, you will return to the Levels page, where your new level is shown.

To assign a Member to a level, visit the Members page, click the ‘Edit Member’ button next to their name and fill in the Level dropdown:
