Downloading the Mobile App

So how do you set up your gym’s MemberTracker mobile app? It’s quite simple:

1. Download the MemberTracker app from your landing page. You’ll see links for both Android and iPhone versions. You can also access the app through Google Play or the Apple Store;

2. Once you download the app and open it on your phone, you’ll see a list of all current MemberTracker accounts. To view trial accounts like yours, click the MemberTracker logo in the top-left;

3. Find your gym and click its name, then sign in with the email and password you used to first create your MemberTracker account:

Congratulations! You now have access to your MemberTracker account on your smartphone or tablet. Any changes you make on the app will be immediately reflected on your desktop account, and vice-versa.
