Want to be a better, faster, stronger fitness owner?

At MemberTracker, we believe that our simple online solutions can help you spend more time doing what you love – teaching class and helping clients reach their health and fitness goals.

As a gym and martial arts school owner, Founder Mike Ives (see his profile below) first developed MemberTracker out of a need he saw within the martial arts and CrossFit affiliate communities to improve the way attendance and payments were managed by small gyms. The software that was already on the market was either beyond the budget of businesses like his, or seemed overstuffed with features that the typical small gym didn’t really need.

So, in 2015 Mike decided to develop his own attendance tracking app, which would automatically check students and members into class when they arrived with their smartphones. Simple payment management and marketing features were soon to follow, and MemberTracker as we now know it was born!

Our goal going forward is to work closely with martial arts schools, CrossFit boxes and sports clubs (among other fitness businesses) to further develop MemberTracker to meet the needs of owners and trainers. We are a small, dedicated team, and are able to say with confidence that, as a customer, you’ll receive personalized, one-on-one support throughout your MemberTracker experience.
